This project is a new 107,742 square foot three story CMU building including site work, concrete, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, HMDFH, storage lockers, aluminum storefront, finishes and MEPs complete.

Plans are in permitting and Nolan Construction Company anticipates breaking ground Q2 2025.
