THE WORK INCLUDES ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT TO BUILD, FINISH, AND PROVIDE ALL SITE WORK AND UTILITIES, FOR A PROPOSED NEW RESTAURANT FOR THE "OWNER". THE WORK SHALL INCLUDE ALL ITEMS REQUIRED AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS. IN ADDITION, ALL WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE SITE DEVELOPMENT PAVING, PARKING, WALKWAYS, PATIO SLAB, AND SITE UTILITIES TO THE
BUILDING ARE TO BE PROVIDED IN THIS CONTRACT. ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS, AS WELL AS ALL ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND SYSTEMS ARE TO BE INCLUDED FOR A COMPLETE OPERATING SYSTEM WITH COORDINATION AND INSTALLATION INCLUDED.
