This award-winning, two-building, 34,000-square-foot shopping center located in West Delray Beach was built in Palm Beach County’s Agricultural Preserve and required Nolan Construction Company to do extensive soil remediation and site prep before the building construction could begin. 

Additionally, the project featured the second-largest underground stormwater containment system ever installed in the state of Florida, ensuring efficient water management and environmental sustainability.
