BIOGRAPHY
Daniel P. Nolan founded Nolan Construction Company in 1999
with a vision of providing quality construction experiences to select clients throughout South Florida. Dan is a native of Boca Raton, Florida and grew up in the construction industry. He graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a minor in Real Estate.
Growing up in South Florida Dan worked in construction during his summer breaks. Starting as a land surveyor with Williams, Hatfield and Stoner, Inc he learned the importance of lay-out and controls while working on some of the largest commercial and condominium projects in Broward County. After several summers of land surveying he moved to the vertical side of construction taking a job as a laborer his first summer then a carpenter and quickly becoming a foreman.
After completing his field experience he moved into project management as Project Engineer with Centex Rooney at Mizner Park in Boca Raton during the initial Downtown Redevelopment of Boca Raton. Then Dan worked as a Hi-Rise Superintendent at Oriole Homes Corporation, one of Florida’s largest home builders, where he regularly started and closed several hundred units annually.
Dan’s final position before starting Nolan Construction Company was as a Project Manager at Miller Construction Company in Fort Lauderdale where he managed hi-profile clients and technically challenging projects.
As his career advanced through each new position he learned hands on what it takes to successfully complete a project as he has been involved in all phases and types of construction from design and development through construction to warranty work. Today Mr. Nolan uses those in-valuable experiences to help each and every one of Nolan Construction Company’s clients as he is personally involved in every project to ensure each client’s project is not only completed to their expectations but his high standard of “Building Quality…“
